Returns are accepted for business card orders that have printing errors on our part, damage during shipping, or if the product received does not match the approved proof. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the items. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
